Happiness vs. Money

     It is in all honesty ridiculous for someone to be able to marry another person just because of their economic status. I would never even think of doing such a thing. When you marry someone you marry them because you love them as a person, you love them for who they are and not because they have millions of dollars. Money may make you feel content for a short while but it isn't a life time full of it. Imagine marrying someone who you aren't emotionally nor physically attracted to, but yet you still have to deal with them on the daily basis just because you decided to take advantage of their economic status. A miserable life would definitely be lived by any person who does such a horrible thing. Not because of remorse or because their conscious is full of guilt but because they just won't feel as lively as they would if they were with someone whom they truly loved.

     Most families that are of money aren't truly happy. They spend their time out of the house because they are always occupied. This isn't something the children of the family should go through. It makes them depressed and it also makes them have a tough life. I see it everywhere, that families who have a great amount of money do not spend quality time together. Therefore, I believe that money isn't the key to happiness nor the key to a better life. And this is why I wouldn't want to just have money or marry someone with so much of it. If I receive money I will receive it because I earned it with my hard work and I will also marry the person whom I love not some random rich man that will act like he is superior to me.
